Conditions for Requesting a Refund
At Zytra Ture, we strive to provide the highest quality of education. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Program Misrepresentation: If the content of the training modules differs significantly from the program stated on the zytra-ture.life website at the time of purchase.
- Technical Failures: In case of critical errors in the platform's digital infrastructure that make learning impossible and were not resolved by our support team within 72 hours.
- "Cooling-off" Period: According to EU legislation, you have the right to withdraw from a course within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of payment, provided you have not yet started active study of the materials (see "Exceptions" section).
Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund procedure, please follow these steps:

- In the subject line, specify: "Refund Request: [Your Name]".
- In the body of the email, include the information used during registration: first name, last name, email address, and the name of the selected course or service package.
- Describe the reason for the request in detail. This helps us improve the quality of our innovative technologies.
- Your application will be reviewed by the finance department within 3 business days.
Timing and Method of Refund
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be transferred within 7–14 business days. The refund is made using the same method that was used for payment (to the same bank card or account). Please note that the actual timing of the credit depends on your bank's regulations.
Exceptions and Limitations
A refund cannot be issued if:
- The request is submitted after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The user has studied, opened, or downloaded more than 50% of the course's training materials or utilized access to the platform's private AI tools.
- The reason for the inability to study is technical problems on the user's side (lack of internet, outdated software that does not meet system requirements).
- The user's account has been blocked for violating community rules or the Terms of Service.
